This Mammoth Sierra property is dog friendly. A good pet (one 50 lbs or less) is welcome and must be per-arranged. The property has 2 spas, sauna and men's and women's showers with bathrooms and a seasonal swimming pool. In the common area there is community laundry and shared BBQs. In the summer lounge chairs get put out. Boat trailer parking is available in summer but must be pre-arranged.

This unit also has a private BBQ operational during summer on the patio overlooking the Mountains.
